Commissions
We are happy to work to a specific brief and design or to come up with a scheme based on particular ideas and likes. We are very flexible and sensitive to our customers needs, and are always happy to discuss and work within an individual's budget requirements wherever possible.
In general we like to meet new clients face-to-face, to discuss and get a feel for the type of piece you really want. If you have no specific design in mind then we encourage you to create a collection of inspirational images; things that really float your boat. This way we can get a good picture of what works for you.
Once we have a design approved by you, we require a deposit of 10% of the estimated total cost to schedule you into the workshop. This is non-refundable if the job is cancelled.
A further 50% of the total cost is then due prior to production. Once we reach this stage we shall begin transforming the raw materials into the design agreed upon. We are happy to send you images of the work being carried out at all stages.
The remaining 40% of the costs will be due prior to delivery. In general we deliver the products in person and products that require assembling will be put together by us. We will give you guidance with this for future assemblage. All our products come with care instructions and we are always happy to be contacted with any queries you may have regarding our products.
