You will be guided through the range of skills necessary for handcrafting your own wooden spoon. Including - selection of wood for your spoon, introduction to carving tools, safe use of carving tools, cutting and carving techniques. By the end of the course you should take home spoons and other wooden utensils crafted by your own fair hands.

2 Day Bowl Carving Course

A relaxing introduction to the joys of carving your own bowls and cups. We help you with timber selection, choosing the right tools and the use of safe carving techniques. Throughout the weekend we offer informal tuition and guidance which should see you going home with your own handcrafted bowl and the skills to make many more.

Woodland Craft Courses
