Glenn worked for five years with renowned traditional timber framing company Carpenter Oak Ltd and still now is often called upon as a freelance timber framer for a number of reputed companies.

Whitethorn Woodcraft offer a number of services in this area. Whilst we specialise in the smaller projects such as porches, workshops, studios and follies, we can offer advice and help on any size of timber frame project. We are part of a large network of talented timber frame carpenters.

We also offer some unique styles of wooden framed tents and a number of garden structures, such as pergolas, gates and fencing, all following the same design processes and ethos of our furniture.
